Finesse Triathlon Program (FTP) is a faith based triathlon coaching and training group based in Palm Coast, Florida. FTP was started to build a team of athletes that spur one another on in personal, as well as in sport. FTP set out to offer coaching and training services at affordable prices that are flexible with busy schedules. FTP not only wants you to train hard and achieve goals, but also to have fun. Our motto is “Faith Fitness Fun” and we believe that we will help you achieve all 3 as we help you in the 3 disciplines of triathlon. FTP offers online coaching services for all ages and ability levels as well as one-on-one sessions to learn how to swim, run and bike efficiently and quickly.
